1st Visit

New Practice Member Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family.  We ask that you complete our new practice member forms located in the New Practice Member Center.  This paperwork provides us with your health history and additional information about your health.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Eulitt to discuss your health-related concerns. This initial visit is designed to help us learn more about you, your health goals, and  expectations to determine how chiropractic wellness care can help you meet your health goals.

Evaluation of Nervous System

After your consultation, Dr. Eulitt will perform a complete chiropractic wellness evaluation, which includes state of the art computerized  technology that is certified by The Space Foundation. Our state of the technology allows us to identify nervous system stress.

X-Ray Studies

Depending on your health needs, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop  the most effective care plan for you.  Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close.  

2nd Visit

Care Plan Recommendations

After reviewing your health history, heath goals, evaluation results, and X-rays, Dr. Eulitt will discuss your personalized health care plan with you.  The purpose of our care plans is to help you achieve your health goals and achieve optimal levels of health naturally, by providing you with life changing chiropractic care and wellness lifestyle coaching. 

If for any reason Dr. Eulitt is unable to help you, he will refer to the appropriate health care professional.  

Chiropractic Adjustment 

Once you have decided to begin the journey to higher levels of health, you will experience your first chiropractic adjustment.  Every person is unique, therefore everyone requires a specific chiropractic adjustment.
